Every Wednesday night throughout the month of February, Fluff Bakery and Catering, a new Athens favorite, has been hosting in-house baking classes. The classes, which are open to all members of the community, cover the basics of cookies, cakes, pies, breads, decadent desserts and Fluff originals.

The International Street Fair last Saturday transported students to the delicious sides of diversity through foreign food. From Court Street, the aroma of grilled meat and vegetables floated through town, enticing students and locals to peruse the International student’s stands.
A few miles down the west side of the bike path there is a tasty treasure that few people know about. Step up to the wildflower-clad porch, and prepare to be transported to a utopia that is reminiscent of grandma’s kitchen – only cooler and stocked full of local and organic ingredients.
