Ohio women's volleyball takes the win in set five

With the help of a career-high 14 kills from senior outside hitter Whitney Maiden and 44 assists from sophomore setter Michelle Jantsch, the Ohio women’s volleyball team battled a tough match against Eastern Michigan University and came out winning (18-25, 25-21,18-25, 25-12, 15-12) their third fifth-set match of the season Saturday in the Convocation Center.

Bobcats start out strong in opener

Since Geoff Carlston has been at the reigns of the Ohio volleyball team, they have been the best team on campus winning four consecutive Mid-American Conference Championships. This year, the Bobcats are going for number five and after a strong performance at the Hampton Inn Volleyball Classic earlier this week, the team seems up to the challenge.
