After three weeks of stop-motion classics, cheesy movies with sub-level celebrities and a handful of fish-out-of-water Winnie the Pooh and Pixar specials, ABC Family rounds out the month of December with an interesting mix of programs during the finale of the “25 Days of Christmas.”

In an effort to save the real Christmas gems for the marathon’s finale next week, ABC Family put rather weak offerings on the plate for round three of the “25 Days of Christmas.”

Famous for stop-motion specials made in the ’60s, ’70s and early ’80s, animation production powerhouse Rankin/Bass dominates this week’s schedule for ABC Family’s “25 Days of Christmas.”

Stop-motion animated reindeer? Out-of-place Harry Potter marathons? Made-for-TV movies starring Mario Lopez or that girl who’s dating Jim Carrey? It could only mean one thing: It’s time for ABC Family’s “25 Days of Christmas.”
