He was asked by the club to give a lecture on economics that would be relatable to students. With that in mind, Dr. Vedder spoke with great enthusiasm on the economics of sex.

Belts Breaking Bondage, a student organization that makes stylish belts out of donated fabric and donates 80 percent of the proceeds to an organization dedicated to stopping the sex trade, brought in Theresa Flores on Tuesday, May 19 to discuss her experience with the sex trade.
